Custom Cat Box is a bi-monthly cat subscription box service designed to bring you high quality themed toys for you and your cat!

While at the end of the day cat subscription boxes always just be cat toys in a box, we strive to give our subscribers the most enjoyable experience possible. We pride ourselves with going above and beyond with box design and presentation. We want you cat owners to be just as excited to get your box as your cat! So we make sure to really spend time curating a fun theme, that is visually appealing that offers a fun unboxing experience for you. And most importantly we strive to source high quality toys that your cats will love!

Yes! We ensure to have at least 1 handmade toy in every box! We are always looking for new artisans across the world to work with to help us check this box. We love being able to work with other small businesses to bring you unique toys made with love. We are very lucky to often work with Rachel at Cinci Made Embroidery who makes the super fun and high quality streamer toys you may often see in our boxes!

While each boxes contents of course varies, we aim to keep the value the same. A regular Custom Cat Box’s contents is typically valued at around $40CAD.

Our subscription renewals follow a bi-monthly schedule, renewing on the 15th of each of the following months: January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Here’s how it works:

• New subscriptions will be aligned with the nearest upcoming renewal month based on when you sign up.
• If you subscribe close to a renewal date, we will reach out and ask if you’d like a box immediately, or if you’d rather wait for your box to come out with the upcoming renewal.
• Existing subscriptions will continue renewing every two months, ensuring your cat box arrives on a consistent schedule without interruption.

If you ever need to adjust your renewal date or pause your subscription, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help make your experience as smooth as possible!

Unfortunately we do not offer the option for returns. As mentioned above we strive to create a box that will not disappoint, so we would hope that that is never the case.

We believe in being open and transparent about what you can expect in each box, giving you a clear idea of the items inside so there are no surprises.

You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime by logging into your account. 

If you have committed to a multi-month subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.

Ex) If you sign up for a 12-month subscription and have paid for 8 boxes, you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes.
